While a first-year student at the Intergalactic Empire’s legendary Wizard Scout Academy, Cadet Richard Shepard is teamed with Nickelo, a one-of-a-kind, advanced prototype battle computer. When war breaks out with the Crosoian Federation, Richard is sent by an entity known only as ‘the One’ to a magic dimension to help the beautiful elf priestess Shandria defeat a demon and its army of undead. Trained at the academy to fight against armored vehicles, phase beams, and attacking starships, Richard quickly finds himself in unfamiliar territory. Regardless, with the fate of two galaxies riding in the balance, he must somehow use his wizard scout skills and the technology of his newly acquired battle suit to overcome a host of dragons, magic-using demons, trolls, zombies, and ghouls.
